inflamed vagina lips

Hi..im 20, I had sex with my boyfriend a couple of days ago.. Today I have experienced a lot of itchiness down below..Now I have very large swallon vaginal lips, I have had thrush before but this was not a symptom i had last time.. I feel as though it may be Thrush but then again Im not sure. My boyfriend now is my first sexual partner and we are very faithfull.so feel at ease knowing it limits the list of stis. If anyone could help Id be very thankful
