pin prick sized bumps on labia

hi about a week ago i used a depilatory cream in my gential region and some got onto my labia minora and vaginal openinig, i felt a burning pain at the time and for the rest of that day it burnt when i peed, since then iv had what seems like a yeast infection and yesterday i noticed what looks like a skin tag and two or 3 tiny pin prick sized bumps on my labia minora in the same general location as where the depilatory cream would have been, they dont hurt when i pee. they kind of look like wen you burn your tongue and and tiny bits go red and raised.. they dont look like pimples or like they have pus in them.. just wonderng whether this could b a reaction from the depilatory cream as i havent had a different sexual partner in a very long time. please help!!
