What should you pay attention to while consuming zinc?

Preparation which contains zinc in non-organic state are not good because in this state trace element zinc is harder to preserve. Pay attention to only consume zinc which is organically interconnected with histidine, gluconate, aspartame or citrate. Since the body can't preserve zinc you should consume it on daily basis. Dosage of 10-15 mg is enough and on long run you shouldn't go above 30 mg daily dosage.
