Nose bleeds are quite common in children during growth spurts. It might be a good idea to mention it to a doctor as frequent nosebleeds can be a symptom of leukemia.

My son had them too a lot while he was a baby. I would wakeup and find blood in his crib. I mentioned it to the dr and she said to try saline nose drops and a cool mist humidifier in the room with him at night because if the inside of their little nose gets dry it will bleed. She said if it got more frequent and was happening during the day then she would want to check him out but nighttime bleeds are really common especially during the winter months with the heat on which dries the air out.
