sore, itchy irritating bump with puss and blood on the upper side of my stomach

about two weeks ago i got a tatto (i dont know if this has anything to do with it) on the side of my stomach .. about 3 days later i wake up with a little bump on the upper side of my stomach with a white head on it looking like a pimple so i poped it and puss came out . about a day later the bump was really irritating and really sore .. and really itchy !! im not going to lie i kept messing with it i couldnt help it i would scratch it .. well, it got worse.. its about a size of a dime, yesterday i put a bandaid on it to stop me from scratching/touching it . i took the band aid off today to put another one and it was bleeding and puss... wats going on ?? can someone pleeeease help me
