I started taking camila a type of birthcontrol a month ago. I dont know if my problem has somthing to do with that or not . My one nipple is sore cracked and the dry skin has actually peeled off leaving the nipple sor and kind of red. What could be causing this , and what should I do.
About 6 months ago I accidentally cut my nipple with my nail and then a month or so later it started to get incredibly itchy. Now the skin is so dry that lotion doesn't help. I've been putting Neosporin and a band aid on it. It is so itchy now that I want to rip it off.
I found this website that gives a few reasons why, but nothing is too concrete. I'm seeing a doctor in a few weeks for a checkup and I'm going to ask her.
