I have a slight pain in my left testicle along with an inflamed tube-like structure originating from my left testicle/lower bladder area and ending near my upper stomach area. I have had a vericosele removed from this area appx. 10 years ago and this tube like structure goes to the incision area of the vercosele opperation. Any hints as to what might be the problem.
