soreness in chest bone

I feel soreness in my chest bone and inside the chest wall. One day pain is quite resistant but most of the time it isn’t. My colleague from work had Costochondritis last year, and I remember that he felt same pain as I do know. Does anyone know what the symptoms of Costochodritis are?

Here are some: ribs that are sore to the touch, soreness in the chest bone and sternum too; pain that decreases with rest, movement, or slow breathing; pain that increases with activity, exertion, or deep breathing …there are also some secondary symptoms like: rapid heart rate , irregular heart rate, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing. So if you experienced any of these symptoms I recommend you to visit your physician as soon as possible.
