when am havin contacts with ladys my sperm is getting ejected within minutes....one more sperm is ejecting while lady touch my penis.. wat to do? how to control.. pls help

when i eject sperm withing 1 minute and if you can do it hold it back like for insentience lets say you had to pee really bad just hold it in like that. another thing is to trick your mind into thinking you about to pee and then you will hold it back

I am 20 years old. i regularly watch naked videos, but i haven't faced situation like u. Don't think regularly about this. If u will think always, i dont think your problem will solve..
