Hello! And help!!! I think I have a fungus in my split toenail. It is swollen and very yellow and disgusting. And the nail is sort of brown!!! What should I do? Are there any antibiotics I could use, or cream or something?

Hello there! It would be best if you went to the doctors so that he can trim it, or fill and dissolve it. I think it is the fungus that caused your nail to split actually. If it developed in a serious infection, then the doctor might give you an oral antifungal medication but you have to be careful with it because it can cause side effects. If the infection is severe, there is a possibility of a surgery.
