Hi there! I would like to help you!

Did you have any particular questions in mind or should I write what I think and feel?

I am a big aerobic and jogging fan. I have been for over ten years now. I would love to answer any question you have!

Although you haven’t specified your question I will try to talk about what I prefer. But this availability…..you mean like general or what?

Anyway, what I enjoy the most being a woman are aerobic and fitness, and also modern dancing where there is a lot of dancing and jumping around with specified moves and exercises. I find this rather feminine and a very goods way to shape your body.

Another appealing sport would be martial arts. I haven’t tried it out but the thought of learning self-defense excites me.

I find working out in a gym boring as well as almost every conventional sport like volleyball, basketball, football and stuff like that.

Is there anything else you would like to know?
