ive noticed spots on my penis / my foreskin they look like little white lumps but are only small and there are a couple of them some in little bunches i havent had sex and i dont no what thy are can you please help me?

i recently like 5days ago was jerking off when i notice that i had a lite pinkish spot on the tip of my foreskin when i looked closer i saw that it had little tiny hite spots on it. this thing is located near the piece of skin that connects to my penis head.. im freaking out here i need sum help.. if anyone can help me let me know..
