hi. i have had these spot type things on my scrotum for about a year now. i have reserched into it and can't find what it is. it dosent look like genital warts as its on the scrutum. Its like i have whiteheads on it, as they appear yellowish white, but are on my scrutum Confused its also itchy if anyone knows what it is please could they teel me?? is it just puberty and the pubes growing?? Thanks
