spotting 4 days before period!

I have always had normal periods and just had a pap smear a few weeks ago and it was normal. I had upnprotected sex and now four days before my period I have very light bleeding in a light pink color. I have been pregnant before and had a miscarriage. Does this sound like I could be pregnant again? Confused
