| I have been exercising for about a month now, 4-5 times a week. But the last 4 times I have exercised, I have noticed some spotting after going to the bathroom immediately after I exercised. My last period was Feb. 5, and had sex with condoms at the end of january. I took a preg. test just to make sure on feb. 20, and it said neg. I didn't thnk you could be pregnant with sex after your period and none since. I also noticed a bump on the inside of my vag. about 2 weeks ago, and it went away in about a week. But this spotting has me a little worried. cause it has been happening for about a week whenever I exercise. any help would be appreciated. thanks |
