| I had my period for 5 days and on the 6th day me and my bf had sex. I lost my virginity to him on that day. Now i'm spotting. I hope its just a broken hymen and not implantation. Cuz days after your period are said to be ovulating days. I'm a wreck. Plz help |

| Menstruation flushes the egg out of the uterus and, therefore, body. However, to use the Rhythm Method properly, you need to make sure that your period is finished before having intercourse. You also have to know how long your cycle is--21, 28, or 35 days. Mine cycle is only 21 so the halfway point occurs only a few days after I finish my period. Never, ever have unprotected sex from the first day of ovulation until your period stops. An egg is present. Having sex the day after your period ends is likely safe. But if you really want to be safe, you and your boyfriend should buy some condoms, and he should practice using them a head of time. He needs to leave room at the tip to hold the semen. Pinch the tip of the between two fingers after it is on. Don't tear it. |
