spotting and blood clots

I have been having breast tenderness for the last two 1/2 three weeks and have been really swollen, Ive been feeling bloated and heaving in my uterus area and cramping on and off a little bit as well. Yesterday 11/8 I spotted twice during the day nothing big and today I have been having blood clots all day but no period blood. For example if I wear a tampon it wont soak with blood, just a blood clot attached to it. When I sit on the toilet sometimes a blot clot will slide out. For the last 2 weeks I could have sworen I was pregnant, could I be pregnant or do you think this is my period?
