spotting and cramping could this be implantation???

OK i got off my period in feb 1st, had intercorse on the 7th(thursday), i was ovulating, then on the 12th(monday) i had heavy Cm with a srteak of brown in it, on top of the that, that morning i had some cramping it was sharper than period cramps.... could this be implantation or i am just getting way to excited??
