Hi. I am starving myself. I was too fat a year ago. I was eating large amounts of food (you can`t imagine how large), and I was eating frequently. Then I said to myself enough with this, and I started to avoid food. Is starving dangerous? I feel very week, but I have lost my weight.

Hi. Of course starving is dangerous. It is not good to eat large amounts of food, but also it is not good not to eat at all. People should eat regularly every day, and to avoid junk food. I hate burgers, I am more like a veggie guy. Maybe I will become a vegetarian. Anyway, people should eat healthy food. If you starve, you can lose your weight, but you will have another problem. You will be too thin. It is not healthy. Your body needs food. It`s just that it doesn`t need large amounts of food. Normal amounts of healthy food are all your body needs.
