I'm 16 and have never had sexual contact with anyone. Recently the head of my penis was quite itchy and after some looking i noticed some light green/light yellow/white liquidy stuff under my foreskin. I have a tight foreskin (I think its phimosis) and not sure what this is all about. I also get some burning sensation when i urinate but that is only sometimes. Any insight on whats going on if Ive never had sex? could it be bacterial related etc
