stem cell therapy for Liver and other disorders

Has any one had any experience taking any type of supplement or botanical extract that causes your own bone marrow to secrete more adult stem cells that travel to the area of your body to create new cells of that particular organ. Im taking such, and although I wont take my next blood test til Feb 2007 to check my liver enzymes, I am feeling pretty good. I wanted to know if there are others who have tried such or have any background or experience they can share with me on it.
