I would like to know what the symptoms of stomach flu are. I am confused how I will know that I have just stomach flu and not some gastrointestinal disorder, like IBS or something more serious. Can I buy or receive somewhere shot for stomach flu, something for prevention?

Many people use the term "stomach flu" to describe illnesses with nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. These symptoms can be caused by many different viruses and bacteria. Vomiting, diarrhea, and being nauseous or "sick to your stomach" can sometimes be related to the flu, but the flu is a respiratory disease and not a stomach or intestinal disease. You can get shot for flu I think for 20$.
