Hope you can help me PLEASE; i have been getting stomach cramps also latly they are in the back as well. I have been to the Dr several times also had a barium meal and barium enema which was clear.

It all started off when i got haelobacteria which was treated.

All this started 4 month ago and getting worse and comes and goes.

I have also lost 20kg in the past 2 months ( not dieting)

I am at my whitts end hope you can help me.

You didn’t say how you lost 20kg. Is it health related? Have you had blood tests done and urinalyses? I can’t determine if you are male or female. If you are female the low abdominal cramps could occur from any problems in the reproductive tract like ovaries, hormonal problems, uterine fibroids, polyps, etc. Low back pain could be due to hormones or kidney stones as well as spine problems. But if they are related to the lower abdominal pain, I would suspect it is either urinary problem or reproductive.
