stomach bloating pains and soreness

i am a 34 y.o. female with no health insurance so i am used to either dealing with my occasional medical issues or waiting them out but this stomach thing has me kind of worried
about 6 months ago i started to notice that i was having quite a bit of stomach bloating. when i say quite a bit what i mean is at least twice a week for 24 hours or more at a time my stomach is ither gassy, or bloated- so that it is very hard to the touch and it pooches out and gives the appearance that i am about 3 months pregnant.
i have severe indigestion during the periods of bloating, along with alot of pain in my stomach. some of the pain is sharp like stabbing at times but throughout the bloating episodes there is also a constant hurting not like what i would call the stomach ache but yet this pain is kind of like an aching......cramping or tightening like feeling. so so hard to explain they start out mild then over a period of about a minute they gradually get stronger like i said it is like a tightening inside my stomach. when one finishes 3 or 4 minutes pass then another starts.
along with these sharp episodes of pains that really HURT i have a couple of them an hour when this is happening
this week was the 4th week in a row that i had about a 24 to 36 hour episode of diarrhea along with these same symptoms of the bloating and pains i just described. say like this week it started on monday with all of these symptoms (and diarr.) but by tues evening diarr. was gone but after im over the diarr., my stomach is extremely sore to the touch or to walk basically even move around hurts
also this week i was throwing up besides the diarr., very severe vomiting until i dry heaved then threw up bile. almost exactly like a stomach virus or the flu, the diarr., and vomiting was several times an hour
the diarr is very smelly...duh....it is more like water and a dark GREEN color i know this sounds silly to describe like i am but it seemed almost gassy and the vomit was this same way one time i even thought i saw bubbling in the toilet after i finished throwing up. this vomit wasnt like any i have ever thrown up, the texture and color of it was not from what i had eaten that day or the day or two previously, this seemed like something that had been in my stomach for longer......it was greenish brownish like sludge it smells kind of the same way as the diarr. does
i know this is so gross nobody will probably want to offer up any advice because of the detailed way ive described my big old problem here lol but i am just so desperate to know what in the world could be going on
really im scared and debated going to the ER last time but was ashamed and afraid that all it is is something not worthy of the ER just dont know what to do

I too is having problems, i had a gastroscopy and all i was told was i had too much acid. For the last 2-3 days i have this diaharea like stomach ache companied with diahrea. I was on nexium tablets for a few weeks and i know the side effects of that are diharea + stomach pain but i am really scared? any help please?
