I am 6 mounths pregnant & I have a terrible stomach burns & aches .

Stomach burning/aches are usually associated with heartburn or hunger pains. Perhaps you can try TUMS, soda water, and sleeping upwards. Also try to eat something small, that is not greasy or spicy, and it might help.
