when ever i have sex or get fingered by my boyfriend i get stomach cramps they feel like period pains but i know they are not

You could see a gynecologist and complain about this. S/he may order an ultrasound to see if there are some cysts on your ovaries. They are very likely to cause such symptoms during sex.
