Hi

My dad is complaining of a tightness/uncomfortable feeling in his stomach...he says its like the pain you get when you really need to go to the toilet.

He also says he finds himself constantly needing the toilet.

Can anyone shed some light on what this could be...

I will be very grateful to anyone who can help.
