stomach discomfort! with bile taste

Hi hope you can help, im getting real discomfort in my stomach(right hand side). i bring up bile sometimes. sometimes it is in the centre then it will be under my ribs etc.feels like someone is squeezing my insides!and my stomach is very tender.sometimes alot of burning!!
