I think I have stomach flu symptoms. They appeared suddenly, I had diarrhea the whole last night. I felt stomach pain and nausea. I feel fatigue and have headache. What self care can you suggest me for treating stomach flu?

i had gone to the er a few days ago with all together different symptons and last night cholls and lots of pain does that sound like a stokach flu eeryojje thre was ill with something and now i got it too
