I hope that you might help me with my medical problem. I am 32 years old and I have just started engaging in physical activity. I have been active in college but nothing since. I started combining aerobic and running but after a week I have been feeling some stomach knots that were painful every time I stretch. Could it be that I started a bit too hard? Any thoughts?
Well, you have already stated your main problem. You said that the last time you had a good workout was back in college, which is a long time ago and unfortunately, bodies of a student and a 32-year-old person are simply not the same. You have probably strained abdominal muscles, and perhaps some ligaments and tendons. A little rest and a reorganization of your training program will help you.
