im 16 and when i press around my body near my bladder on the left side and the right side of my left hip i can feel a lump under my skin. I can only feel it when i press hard in that area and move my hand around whilst pressing hard. It's creating occassional stomach aches. I do not excercise very much at all but im not fat, i only noticed it about 4days ago when i had a bad stomach ache. Can anyone tell me what this is as im worried.??? Is it anything to worry about or not?? Do i need to start excersising??? or is it just stomach muscle?? Please advise. Thanks
