stomach or blader feelins unexplainable plus a vibrating pulse on left hand side ov body near kidney

hi there

this may sound like im paranoid but i have unexplained feelings in the center of my stomach realy weird activity realy scaring me i also hav a pulse at the left hand side ov me near my kidney like a vibrating pule quite often special wen im workin i aint gota clue wat this is but its scaring the hell out ov me and the stomac problems r jus as bad but not a pulse hard to explain ne one got ne ideas wat this could be

i also have the same feeling in my stomach.
for about a week now, it's really been bothering me.
i think about it almost all day.
if i think about it too much, it just turns into a panic attack.

anyone know how to deal with it?
