stomach pain, nausea, back and leg ache, ear ache

Hi,

I'm backpacking at the moment and need some advice as to whether I need to see a doctor or not. About 4 days ago I noticed that my ear was aching, it's only been after a shower or swimming and flying didn't affect it. Then 2 days ago almost immediately after having something to eat I felt like I was going to vomit (I had onion rings, a salad and a mayonaise dressing). Later that night I had quite a bad stomach pain and I did get sick. I also had a tough of diahorrea, but continued with the stomach pain and nausea (even though there was verry little to throw up). Eventually I ended up sleeping for the rest of the day when I was extremely uncomfortable with back anc leg muscle aches. I didn't eat anything since the salad meal and have only been drinking sprite until just now when I had some pasta with a tomato sauce cause I was feeling very weak. Now I feel nauseous again and weak. Can anyone help? I'm due to do a lot of travelling in the next few days.
