I am a 41 year old male. I have been having stomach problems after masturbation. A visual inspection of the prostate seems fine. I have had blood, urine and C.G.I. tests which all have shown to be negative. My doctor has never heard of this problem and basically told me to live it.
The pain seems to move around. Sometimes it is at the lower or upper abdomen or even the left side of the stomach. That is why I believe it
is a damaged muscle since it can restrict organs from functioning properly. The problem is how do you repair stomach muscles? It is very painful and has forced me to take unpaid workdays off. I am trying to book an appointment with an internist but it seems to be months away. How long can somebody live without ejactulating and is it healthy? Nausea, sleepless nights and lack of appetite are not easy things to live with.

| Hi. I get something similiar, though the details are a little different. I don't generally masterbate more than once a week, but sometimes I will go thru a "binge" session over a long weekend. Often when I do this, I develop a very debilitating cramp in a muscle in my lower right abdomen, and it hurts like hell. Unlike yourself, I have never mentioned this to a doctor out of embarrassment. As with any muscle cramp, the pain eventually goes away, but until it does, I find it difficult to walk, bend over to pick something up, etc. I am always worried, however, that this cramp will pop up while I'm having actual intercourse. Fortunately, this has not yet happened. |

I have the same sometimes when I have a 'masturbation spree' I think it would be you don't acthuly realising it but you are tensing those muscles in that general area and makes them tired and ache perhaps this could be the problem?  |

I have the same thing during sex... and have to stop sometimes.. Its either a muscle cramp or maybe the appendix ?
I searched for an answer online, but all they talk about is woman side pain. |

I have experienced the same thing..
I was told that it was an inflamed nerve in my back where one of the vertebra was pressing or aggravating the nerve sending a "false" pain that makes it seem its coming from the front lower abdomen
Not sure if that is true .
.
Has anyone experienced weekness and shaking afterward? |

| i have the same thing. it seems to travel from my lower prostate area to my urethra to abs. any ideas? |

In the past few months I have developed incredible muscle cramping during masterbation. Yesterday if was bad I could not finish. It is like I have a hyper extended muscle in my lower left side.
What the hell do I do. I'm losing my hair, losing my eyesight, and now I can't even masterbate. |
