| Lately, when I exercise, I get severe sudden pains in my bowel accompanied by light headedness and dizziness. Sometimes, I will actually faint. Then, I have to rush to the bathroom and deal with severe long lasting bouts of diarrhea. It is worrisome, tiresome, and frustrating. Does anyone have any suggestions as to things I can pursue with my doctor? |

Hi I have had similar problems for years!
When I exercise (sometimes not all the time) I get absolutely excrutiating pain, so bad I can't move and have to lie down, sometimes I feel as though I am going in and out of consicousness! The pain lasts about 30 - 45 minutes during this time I sweat like I have just got out of the shower, and then after its over I am freezing cold and just have to sleep, I have been to my gp but they have never been any help to me and I guess I just get on with it and take painkillers when I need them, its not nice though at all, I have often wondered whether it pre-menstrual or maybe even IBS, not sure. Anyway painkillers have been the only thing for me as no-one I have spoken to seems to have been able to offer any advice. |
