stomach pains and regular visits to the bathroom

For the past few days I having been getting really sharp twinges in my stomach and they are constant. I have to go to the bathroom 4 to 5 times a day. Am not sure what to make of it and i am also a weel late for my perios but i don't have morning sickness or any other syptoms related to pregnancy
