For the last 3 to 4 weeks I have had extreme hunger pains before and after eating to the point of feeling lightheaded and nauseated (like I could throw up) . After eating I still feel like I am starving , have lots of rumbling and gas like symptoms, still feel nauseated and have diarreha sometimes. I have only felt like this before when I was pregnant. I have had a period and have taken pregnancy tests and I am not. What could this be?
