stopped taking pill, 4 days after stopping had period now 2

periods are normal off and on the pill. have been taking pill for 2 years ( off and on for 10 years.) had period while onthe pill oct. 9th lasting 6-7 days then abruptly stopped taking pill oct. 24th. 4 days later oct. 28th started period again lasting 6-7 days (from nov. 1st thru 18th had unprotected sex 9 times with husband) had intercourse nov. 18th and experienced light- med cramping and pinkish light red bleeding. now 4 hours after still spotting a little. have had unprotected sex with husband since stopping pill on many occasions but after stoping pill last 2 times to get pregnant took 2 and a half to 3 months. pregnant or effects from stopping pill????
