stopped taking pills same day i had unprotected sex now have

i had sex with my boyfriend and the same day i stopped taking the pill because i left them somewhere. prior to that i had missed a few pills and had sex with him the day after i missed it and did not take the pill again until that next day. now i have a brownish spotting only when i wipe and slight cramps. could this be because i stopped the pills or could i possibly be pregnant?
