Hi, I am 19 and I just have started with workout. I am quite confused by all of the anatomical terms and gym jargon. Is there any safe and effective strength training routine? On the other hand, do I have to depend on trainer in the gym? I would like to be well informed before I start with exercises.
It is important to choose at least one exercise for each major muscle group when selecting exercises for your strength routine. It should be started with the larger muscle groups and work toward the smaller muscle groups and finally isolation movements. The speed of movement is important element and fast movements should be avoided.
