Hi, I am training body building for several months and I would like to improve my strength. It is not that I am not doing fine but I would like to advance faster. I would be very thankful if someone may suggest me some advice how to improve my strength. Thank you.
Hi, if you want to improve your strength first your training mustn't last more than 45 minutes. Also you need to do 2-3 sets with weights which you may lift not more than 5-6 times. One more thing is also very important; you need to rest properly after such intensive training.
