I am very busy between school and gymnastics. I do gymnastic6 days a week an hour away for 3 hours (you do the math-thats 5 hours not at home) and I think it's starting to catch up to me. i find that i cant breathe a lot and while my mom relates it to my asthma-i think it's different because my asthma resulted in coughing fits but this is a tightness of the chest. sometimes i get stressed and start sweating, i cant breathe, my vision blurs and i cant speak in normal sentences. i should be able to handle the gymnastics and i dont want to quit because im just starting to get really good-my sister does it and still gets straight As in all honors, but i get Bs and As (always have) and i just cant keep up. ive distanced myself from friends at school partially because i dont like some of them and partially-actually idk why. i just started cutting myself again, but its not like hardcore or anything it just relieves some pressure. idk what to do because if i tell my mom shell say im being a drama queen (i have a VERY irish mother) and everyone thinks im so happy all the time but im very unhappy and stressed. what should i do??

I don't think your mom realizes how serious this could be and what this could lead too. This sounds like anxiety and some depression to me. does your mom know you cut yourself? Maybe if you told her that would be a reality check for her. I think you need to see someone to talk about your problems sounds like you have a lot on your plate and I admire your trying to succeed but some people just can't handle the pressure.
