stress related eye fixation problem!

when I get stressed at work I have a weird sensation to roll my eyes upward and stare Is this common? It is annoying and I can't concentrate on my work.Its like a fixation. Have you ever heard of this problem.

its very normal to have that ,because mmmmmm its an over work and sometime you stop thinking ,possible the work stop your thought then you are traying what to do or traying to think about something insucsesfully ;that very normal for a working person ;in my thought whats realy to do when you feel that about your eyes ;Just have a short positife chat with your friend or have some drink ,then back to work ;and all is alright and the end and thing for the week end
