| Hi. I am a guy who is 19 years old and me and my friend started working out a week ago. We have our own gym (at least it looks like one), and we work out alone. I am not fully into that working out thing, and I really don't know much about it. Could you explain me the basics, and why is warm-up routine so important. |

| You shouldn't work out at all without a proper worm – up. Before every workout, worm up every part of your body. Neck, shoulders, arms, hips, knees and finally legs. Try jogging for ten minutes or so, and than you'll be ready for the workout. Ask around about your exercises, because it is important that you work out properly. |
