Hi, I'm 17 years old and I'm thinking about gaining some muscles. I'd like to start body building, and I need some advice. I know that there are trainers in body building clubs, but I also need an expert's opinion. How should I start? What stretching exercises for maximum strength should I perform?

Hmm, here's an expert's advice. Don't start body building yet. At least not for a year. Human skeleton ends its growth by the end of the 18th year of life. Body building could damage your back, and you don't want that in your age. Enter body building gym only if you'll do light lifting. As for stretching exercises, you should perform them, but not intensively, that could be counter-productive. Muscles fibers must be tight for lifting, and stretching does the opposite thing.
