i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend a week after my mestration and now 2 weeks later i have a stretchy clear discharge is this a sign of pregnancy? and is it too early to take a HPT

I have heard everywhere that stretchy cm is a sign of pregnancy and if you guys had intercourse a week after menstration then its possible you're pregnant. Take a test and see and then if no period, take another a week later.
