Three days ago I noticed a light pink lump near my anus about the size of a dime. I wash myself daily, and it seems to have come from nowhere, and I have never had anything like this before. It is firm to the touch and doesn't hurt at all, even when I press on it. From looking at pictures online, I don't think it's a hemorrhoid. After I noticed the lump, I also started to notice a thin brown discharge which I assume is coming from my vagina based on where I i find it in my underwear. Could the two things be related? What is going on? I am a virgin, so it is impossible that this is an STD.
