i havent had sex with a girl in a month and a half to 2 months and the beginning of this week it began to get painful when i urinated. at first my penis was itchy, but on the inside. my friend said it could be urethritis and another said its could be ghonnarea (sp?) and asked if there was any liquid that looked similar to semen leaking out during sleep and i realized there was which scared me bad.

what does this sound like and where would i go about finding out.
