Years ago I noticed a 'lump' at the crease between my vagina and right leg. The dermatologist said it was probably a 'fatty nodule' and not to worry about it unless it got larger or started hurting. I woke up this morning to find it much larger, harder, and painful (for the first time) and now I can't sit comfortably and it seems to be oozing a clear fluid. Any idea what this could be? I'm away from the state in which i have my home health insurance coverage but it's very disturbing.
