My vagina was itching before i took a shower and the hot water made it sting. I thought it was just irratated, but when i got out of the shower, my right labia had swollen about five times the size it normally is.Its red, the itching has gone down a little, the skin on the other labia has a little bitty rash, maybe irratated from my scratching earlier, maybe not. Ice helped the swelling, but its still about three to four times its normal size. No pain, except for minor stinging where i proly rubbed it raw a little before the shower trying to itch it. Should I go to emergency room? What does this sound like? How soon will I get fever/chills if its systemic>?
